Eligible delivered orders can be requested for return from the order detail page within the return window, with photo and video evidence.
Return review
Return requests are reviewed by an admin. Customers must provide clear photos and videos before the request is approved, so the item condition can be compared with LapKart packing proof.
Non-returnable cases
Products damaged by misuse, missing serial labels, mismatched parts, or items outside the return window may be rejected after review.
